Senator Alan Lowenthal has a goods-movement related editorial in Capitol Weekly as well, outlining some of our problems (worst congestion, high housing pricies, severe under investment in infrastructure, etc.) and listing the good works the legislature has done to correct this deficiency (Prop 1A and the bonds).
