Some forward movement on high speed rail?

According to Capitol Weekly, momentum is going in the right direction for the California High-Speed Rail Authority, despite the fact that the appearance of the bond to build it has been delayed until 2008. The Authority received its full request of $14.3 million in the new budget, allowing it to proceed with needed design and planning work.
